One-click installation/unpacking of procedural files based on your Houdini build version.

Redshift already has some render procedurals, in Houdini, we can use the Alembic and USD procedurals but they need to be “installed” (which is just copying/unpacking the Alembic and the correct USD procedural version to the Procedurals folder) the installation process has to be done after each new Redshift installation and the USD Procedural depends on the Houdini/USD version that is used.
