The [flag](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_(lighting)#:~:text=A flag is a device,the lens from a flare.) is a plane “card” used in lighting to block light. It can be used to cast a shadow and provide a negative fill over the composition. You can dive into the Flag subnet to customize the flag material if needed.
