End User License Agreement (EULA) for dy RS Tools

By receiving, opening the file package, and/or using the dy RS Tools ("Software") containing this software, you agree that this End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding and valid contract and agree to be bound by it. You agree to abide by the intellectual property laws and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, remove the Software from your computer now and, if applicable, promptly return to the Author by mail any copies of the Software and related documentation and packaging in your possession.

1. License Grant and Use

The Software and the license herein granted shall not be copied, shared, distributed, re-sold, offered for re-sale, transferred, or sub-licensed in whole or in part except that you may make one copy for archive purposes only. For information about redistribution of the Software contact the Author.

2. Installation and Activation

A dy RS Tools purchase entitles you to install and activate a dy RS Tools License on one computer. You are entitled to download and install any update of dy RS Tools released on a period of one year. After one year from your purchase date, you may only install and activate versions of dy RS Tools released before your license expires. You will always be able to download and install any version of dy RS Tools that was released within the one-year cycle. The software is yours to keep forever. If you want new updates after the one-year cycle, a new license has to be acquired and activated on your computer.

dy RS Tools must be activated on your computer in order to run. This generates a node-locked license on your computer. Activation is a one-time process that requires an Internet connection. If you need to activate the same license on a different computer (for example, due to a hardware modification or a personal computer), you can activate the same license a limited number of times per year. Activation beyond this limit is subject to the Author's discretion.

3. Termination

Once the license has expired it will not prevent you from downloading, installing, or activating any version of dy RS Tools that you are entitled to, based on the one-year cycle from since the purchase date.

4. Non-transferability

The software license is non-transferable.

5. Violations

Violating the terms of this license agreement can result in the disabled product license, at the Author's discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

This software is provided AS-IS, with absolutely no warranty of any kind, express or otherwise. We disclaim any liability for damages resulting from using this software.
