One-click solution to “disable” the Redshift CPU file by renaming the file.

I don’t remember from which 3.5 version this started, but unfortunately, the RS CPU core file increases the Houdini startup time, I can’t confirm if this is already completely fixed on 3.6 builds but, if I don’t use RS CPU, why just not disable it anyways? 🤷‍♀️
